This is a Body Horror album about a puppet-master God who made the world with bits of It's own flesh torn and ripped from It's own body. This God, this Creature, this Puppet-Master is Urkopf; the figure on the album cover to the right. As conceived, the universe is a body horror puppet-theater of hell and nightmare. No being, living or inanimate, has freewill or a self; everybody and everything are marionettes clunking violently in horror and violence to the delight of Urkopf. All our thoughts, words, and deeds are caused by Urkopf and It's lesser puppet-masters. One of of the lesser puppet-masters is The Watcher, who is on the cover with Urkopf to the left.

Most of us are unable to see the puppet strings and we believe we are living real lives, real lives of our own.
